A global business driven by innovation
From 1940s to 1970s
From a local textile company to an industrial Group
The company’s development – from its beginnings in textiles through diversification, nylon 6 vertical integration, and the expansion of its fibres portfolio – has been consistently driven by the strategic vision and long-term commitment of the Italian Radici family.
The 1980s
Chemicals, recycling and engineering polymers: the new frontiers for the Group
RadiciGroup starts the production of chemical intermediates and the polymerization of polyamide 66. The Group enters the engineering polymers business to recycle its textile scraps. The Radici family enters the field of energy production.
The 1990s
Internationalization becomes reality
The engineering polymers sector gradually turns into a global production and distribution structure. RadiciGroup strengthens its position in the chemicals and engineering polymers businesses, progressively establishing commercial and production facilities strategically close to key markets.
The 2000s
Ideas are developed for a sustainable production system
RadiciGroup increasingly focuses on the development of sustainable products, whose impacts are scientifically measured. In 2004 the Group publishes its first Sustainability Report.
2025 ➔
A new chapter
A new ownership that presents an opportunity to deliver tangible benefits: access to capital to support our growth, deep experience and knowledge in our industry, and global expertise.
