Transparent individual behaviour that supports RadiciGroup's reputation and reliability in every context. Respect for the law. Caring for people and the environment. A focus on health and safety. Appropriate behaviour when dealing with others. Safeguarding of diversity, respect for the fundamental rights of everyone, recognition of the distinctive characteristics of each person. The Code of Ethics, based on the values of the Group, is a reflection of all of these elements.

Human rights policy

The Group's Human Rights Policy lays down clear principles for the respect and protection of fundamental rights, both within and outside of the company. It ensures that all our work is carried out with an unwavering commitment to respecting human rights.

Anti-corruption policy

With a view to continuously improving its internal control and risk management system in line with international best practices, RadiciGroup has adopted an Anti-corruption Policy based on the principles of good faith, transparency, integrity, honesty and the fight against corruption, in accordance with the Group's governance documents.

Customer Code of Conduct

Sharing our sustainability journey with customers means working together, every day, to overcome new challenges. It also means sharing our principles, ideas and actions for a future that is based on responsible growth for all.

Model 231

The holding company, Radici Partecipazioni Spa, along with some of the Group's Italian subsidiaries, have adopted an organisational and control model in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001. This is an important tool for monitoring and managing the risks related to crimes in the social, environmental and administrative fields. This model is established on the basis of the specific characteristics of the Group and its businesses, and provides tangible, structural reinforcement to the sustainability policies and the principles of prevention already in place.

Whistleblowing

RadiciGroup has set up a reporting portal for individuals (e.g. employees, customers, suppliers, business partners, consultants, collaborators) who, in good faith, wish to report irregular conduct or violations of the Code of Ethics, the Organisational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and the internal procedures adopted by the Group, or any other external regulations applicable to the Group. Reports must be detailed, i.e. based on precise and consistent factual elements. The protection of anyone who submits a report is always guaranteed.

QHSE Policy

Conceived by a multifunctional team, this policy is a governance tool that combines the goals of business continuity with excellence, to be achieved through continuous improvement and adherence to ESG principles.
