RE-POLY.AI project
“Experimental study and artificial intelligence modeling of solvent separation and recovery processes for the sustainable and innovative recycling of polyamide-based textile waste”
The RE-POLY.AI project, lasting 12 months and launched on November 1, 2024, aimed to make the recycling process developed by Radici InNova more sustainable from both an economic and environmental standpoint.
In particular, the project sought to optimize the distillation process for the recovery of solvents used in recycling, by studying the effect of impurities and identifying methods for their removal.
The initiative is the result of collaboration among the partners Radici InNova s.c.a r.l., University of Milan – Department of Chemistry, and Téchnéos s.r.l.
The project was selected and funded under the program PE00000004 CUP D43C22003120001 “PNRR – Mission 4 – Component 2 – Investment Line 1.3 ‘Made in Italy Circular and Sustainable – MICS’”, financed by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.

GRECALE BIOPASS project
The GRECALE BIOPASS project, funded by the Regional Program under the European Regional Development Fund 2021/2027 of the Lombardy Region (PR FESR 2021-2027 – “Collabora & Innova” Call), aims to promote the use of products and materials from renewable, eco-friendly, and bio-based sources within the textile supply chain, fostering synergies between different supply chains and industrial sectors.
The ultimate goal is to validate the integration of an increasing amount of bio-based and eco-compatible material fractions in industrial processes.
The eight partners involved – G.P.S. TECH SRL; CITTADINI SPA; FRAMIS ITALIA SPA; FELLICOLOR SPA; FTR SRL; RADICI YARN SPA; UNIVERSITY OF MILAN; and UNIVERSITY OF BERGAMO – will develop innovative solutions, according to the principles of green chemistry, for high value-added applications.

CIA - The Cross Industry Agreement
跨行业协议(CIA)是一项自愿合作协议,旨在避免合成纤维洗涤过程中向水生环境施放微塑料。签署者包括代表服装行业价值链的五个欧洲工业协会,即AISE、CIRFS、EOG、EURATEX和FESI。海洋环境和淡水中的微塑料意外释放是人类健康和环境的危险源之一,尽管由此引发的潜在风险仍有待充分评估。最近,重点已转移到释放源的识别和量化,以便找到有效的解决方案。本行业的利益相关者可以提供其技术和专业知识,加速纺织工业解决方案的研究与开发,特别是在服装制造和使用、洗涤和废水处理等方面。
CarE-Service项目
CarE-Service 项目旨在利用混合动力和电动汽车,推进基于先进移动服务的创新循环经济商务模式。这种商务模式将涉及再利用、翻新并回收用于汽车及其他领域的混合动力和电动汽车的部件和材料。
PERFORM 项目
PERFORM项目能够开发高效的电化学和集成系统技术,显著改善基于生物基原料的化学氧化转化。PERFORM为化工过程的电气化提供解决方案,并计划创建一个灵活的PowerPlatform电力平台先导设备, 即使在项目结束后也可以使用,从而实现持续创新。
