RADICI Plastics Mexico is the Mexican company of the High Performance Polymers Business Unit of RadiciGroup, a multinational group that continues to grow, and we are seeking go getters and hunters to develop and deliver world class service to customers throughout Central Mexico & North Mexico.

As a key contributor to our success, we are looking for ethical, honest, competitive, and self- driven professionals to diligently increase our market presence, and sales pipeline.

The resource reports directly to the local Country Manager and functionally to the North America Sales Director.

 

Key Success Factors:

 

  • true Hunter position in a fast paced and competitive market who can achieve business objectives in volume, margin, and profitability
  • collaborate with internal technical resources to address customer’s technical questions and identify new product development opportunities
  • create call-reports following customer visits and log
  • develop and execute account strategies by initiating sales-related activities (negotiating volumes, pricing and other commercial terms) with appropriate customer personnel in order to achieve business objectives
  • collaborate with Marketing and customer colleagues, located also in other countries, to manage at the best key and international customers
  • experience with CRM systems
  • ability to manage your time and hold yourself accountable for your production and results
  • seek out new product development opportunities and higher value opportunities
  • strong work ethic with the ability to overcome objections and build trust
  • solution selling mentality, providing the best solutions for our customers

Job Requirements:

 

  • degree in a technical field is preferred. A successful sales career with the target market will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 3 – 7 years sales experience in high performance polymers
  • technical knowledge or background in plastics, Nylons, and other materials
  • ability to travel overnight
  • English knwoledge is needed
