Requirements:

 

  • strong academicals background with degree in either mechanical, electrics&electronics, chemical or polymers science
  • 5 plus years’ experience within major chemical/performance polymer organization, or automotive tier/molder organization
  • familiar with the application of flame retardant materials as well as PA6, PA66, High Tempearture Nylon, PPA, PPS, PBT, POM engineering plastics in the automotive market, especially for New Energy Vehicle region (as E-mobilty, Fuel Cell Vehicles and etc.)
  • rich knowledge of the compounding, electrics&electronics or automotive industry of China
  • business oriented individual with entrepreneurship spirit and ability to work independently
  • hunting attitude, curiosity (thinking out of the box) and pragmatism skills
  • ability to develop her/his career path
  • strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a matrix system; high degree of cooperation with team members, both regional and global, and other key functions
  • excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese

 

Responsabilities

 

  • develop and manage 3yrs marketing plan, specifically, for the E-Mobility areas of responsibility
  • improve resource planning to meet needs of OEM or Tier1 global and regional engineering centers, especially for E-mobilty
  • share major OEM or Tier1 tech. directions and RadiciPlastics response strategies; prioritize programs and leverage resources in R&D and Technical teams across RadiciGroup
  • share problem-solving processes
  • drive RadiciGroup capability to meet OEM or Tier1 global and regional specifications requirements in terms of E-mobilty region
  • research on market and industry trends, OEM or Tier1 technologies trends and the direct impact on materials. Provide input and recommendation to internal functions related (I.e.: R&D, products, technology)
  • manage e-mobility Auto OEMs and their supply chain(Tier1/Molders)
  • serve as the company point of contact for all marketing related communications
  • develop strong relationship with OEM and Tier1 stakeholders, technical teams in particular, to be timely informed of new projects and opportunities
  • support marketing/Business Development and sales team to promote products and solutions
  • position Radici Plastics material portfolio at OEMs and Tier1, to be recognized for future project and become relevant
  • ensure that OEM value created gets captured by the right supplier
  • identify new business leads and 3 new measurable opportunities per year. Manage these opportunities and validate them by working in synergy with technical marketing and sales teams in order to finally commercial them in sales orders
  • new initiatives: market pull and technology push programs
  • participate, either by giving a paper and/or as a presenter to two major industry events/yr.
  • arrange and hold technical seminars for key customers
