Noyfil SA is an integral part of RadiciGroup, one of Italy’s leading chemical multinationals.
RadiciGroup's worldwide business activities focus on chemicals, plastics, synthetic fibres and textiles. One of the Group’s strong points is its synergistic vertical integration, particularly of its polyamide production chain.
Noyfil SA, located in Ticino, Switzerland, is part of the Group’s Fibres Area and boasts over thirty years of experience in the production and sale of continuous polyester yarn.
The company specializes in the production of polyester POY(partially oriented yarn), drawn yarn, and solution-dyed and additioned FDY (fully drawn yarn) in customized micro lots starting from 200 kg. The plant produces about 30,000 tons per year of standard, recycled and modified polyester yarn. Solution-dyed yarn makes up 80% of total production, and part of the yarn is functionalized by the addition of additives (anti-UV, anti-bacterial, etc.)
Production flexibility and customer service. Noyfil SA has an exceptionally large range of products, allowing the company to meet the needs of any customer by tailoring its products to specific applications. Noyfil SA's portfolio includes over 6,000 colours, which can be customized to individual requirements.
Certified quality. Noyfil SA's quality system has been ISO 9001-certified since 1999. The quality system certification covers the design, production and sale of raw white and solution-dyed polyester continuous yarn.
Most of the products have also been certified to Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Class 1.
Noyfil SA specializes in the production of small lots of customized solution-dyed or additioned yarns with colour, count, additives and technical specifications in accordance with customer requirements. The company’s in-house team has developed a proprietary colour design system in order to be able to offer its customers a complete service of colour research, recipe development and preparation. Furthermore, during the years, the company has also acquired significant experience in the production of fibres of different cross-section shapes (for example, hollow, trilobal and multilobal fibres). Noyfil SA regularly invests in research and development in order to improve both its products and production processes over time.
Noyfil SA products are used in many different sectors – from furnishings to automotive, technical applications and sportswear. Furthermore, the “Made in Switzerland” label offers a considerable value added: it is a guarantee of the high quality of Noyfil SA products.
