Sunshield
PES/PES two-component yarn.

Radyarn Sunshield is a skin-core structured yarn. The skin layer consists of bright PET and the core is made of super-dull polymer containing nanometric titanium oxide (TiO2) particles with Master TiO2 (a bactericide) added. The titanium core shields against UV rays, providing superior protection from sun radiation. Furthermore, even when wet, this fabric solves the “see-through” problem, one of the biggest drawbacks of standard polyester. Radyarn SunShield is the perfect solution for applications such as sportswear, especially when a “cooling” effect is required.
