REACH is the regulatory authority for Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals. The main objective is to place greater responsibility on industry to manage the risks that chemicals may pose to the health and the environment.

RadiciGroup, to confirm once again its commitment to sustainability, in 2008 pre-registered with REACH regulation authority. The Regulation has the following objectives:

- obtaining an imperative classification of all chemical substances that could be
  a risk for human health;
- the activation of a proactive approach in all industrial situations involving the
  management of chemicals;
- outlining a series of rules and specific duties for companies, along the entire product, from raw the material to finished product;
- severe sanctions and fines for companies that don’t follow REACH regulations;
- surveillance and vigilance of a given regulatory authority on the behavior of
  participating companies.
